I’m not trying to be negative, but I think that Carlos Rogers is detrimental to the redskins coverage. This guy is letting way too much get by, and he needs to be replaced with someone who can control the deep passes! If he did his job better, the Redskins wouldn’t have the record they have at this point.
Sorry for being a jerk, but its the damn truth.

I think where Joe Gibbs went wrong this year….aside from *ever* signing Brunell….was hiring Al Saunders to run the offense. Please don’t get me wrong…Mr. Saunders is a fantastic offensive coordinator, however we have a better one already. His name is Joe Gibbs. That guy had three Super Bowl rings. Al Does Not. The Redskins are a much better team with Mr. Gibbs calling the offence and also doing the halftime adjustments as well. What I wish Mr. Gibbs would do is hire someone to take the extra load off his shoulders of running all the other Redskins management, and just keep it so he only needs to sign off on the big decisions after the staff did all the research,,,, or make them go back and ‘do it right’…aka ..Joes way. That would free him up to do the business of winning the games. I was thinking that’s what he came back for. Ro return the Redskins back to the Super Bowl. How did the Redskins get there the last three times? I see to remember it was Mr. Gibbs calling a game that just frustrated the heck out of ANY coach in the league. That’s the team I remember. And they were having FUN doing it too. The fun Bunch….the real Hogs. The Pearl Harbor Crew. I remember the Diesel chuckling in the backfield when he heard the Hogs tell the other team *exactly* where he was going to run through their defense. Then he ran through it. Over and over again. I want those Redskins back. Not those exact guys….but that attitude. That’s Redskins football. That’s what I think anyway. I love my Redskins…since I moved here in 1970…well…a year or so after. Been a fan ever since. No matter what. A proud Redskins fan. Thank you for ‘listening’. Next year is going to be a great year, but lets start having fun this year by destroying four teams chances at the post season by winning the last four! Good luck and God Bless. Hello,
My 65 year old mother is allowing a person live in her house who claims he played for the Washington redskins. Does anyone knows if this person (FRank Sumpter) out of Ohio, really played or are we being punked?? Any immediate help would be greatly appreciated.

Amazingly according to the Eastern Maryland website, they had a player graduate and go onto to play with the Redskins named Frank Sumpter. No idea if its the same guy, but that wouldn’t be my 1st pick of a former Redskin if I was trying to punk a 65 year old lady. http://www.umes.edu/hof/ProHawks.htm

If its the same guy he is an amazing con artist. Contact Christian Life Center 215-322-5433 in Bensalem PA for the story. about 1997, He gain confidence to the point were all kinds of people gave him money. Evenutally stole money, lies came to surface. Disappeared.

I have always found it to be a real travesty of justice that (1) Art didn’t go in 1st ballot and will go behind Irvin despite superior stats and character. (2) is that Chris Hanburger in not in the Hall Of Fame. His 9 Pro Bowl appearances still rank first in Skins history. Not bad for a 14th round pick.
Now that Mr. Dan Snyder has been put on the Hall of Fame committee, I am calling ALL Redskin fans to try to contact Dan and ask him to try to get Hanburger in. After all, Dan is a true Skin fan who grew up watching Hanburger dominate.

To whom it may concern, regarding Sundays fumble by Clinton P. against the Giants, it seems as Jason Cambell was delivering the ball to Clinton when he(Jason) re-adjusted the ball and shifted it forward, creating a sort of displacement to Clintons timing and hand eye co ordination. Please see the tape and if this is the case then Jason needs to be aware of this so he can make corrections. Always a fan Greg B
