Preseason Broadcast Schedule

The NFL Network will be broadcasting all “local-only” Redskins preseason games on a tape delay. This is great news for any of us fans who aren’t in the D.C. area. Here’s the schedule:

Aug 13: Washington at Cincinnati, 8pm, National televised live on NBC
Aug 19: NY Jets at Washington, 8pm, Broadcast on NFL Network Sunday August 20th at 2pm
Aug 26: Washington at New England, 8pm, Broadcast on NFL Network Sunday Aug 27th at 12 noon.
Aug 31: Baltimore at Washington, 8pm, Broadcast on NFL Network Saturday Sept 2 at 1pm. (NFL Network will follow some of the game live, along with the 12 other games being played at that time).

  • I live in the Richmond Va viewing area and have been a redskin fan for years. I don’t see how I can see the preseason games this year. Do they come on any of the regular local network channels (NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX) in the Richmond area?
