The Redskin Report Pigskin Pick’em Season 2 Week 1 Kudos and Update
Week 1 was a great win for the Redskins, and nearly as good for the players of the Annual Redskin Report Pigskin Pick’em. Over half our players scored 10 or higher (out of 16; some weeks will be out of 15), which would be a great record for the Redskins (10-6). Kudos for the week, though, go only to the top folks, T. Berry, M. Chesser, D. Buss, and myself for going 13-3. Upset pick of the weeks to E.Liu and N. Magee, for correctly picking Green Bay over Philly. Being as this is the first week, there are no Kudos for the season yet. Overall, we had four players that went 13-3, one that went 12-4, 5 that went 11-5 and two that went 11-4 (I’ll have to ask if they get credit for only 11 or 12 (UPDATE: 12)), out of 21 players. Of course, it’s not too late to join, as we’ll be dropping the worst week (doesn’t really come into play until after week 3 for Kudos, though). If Lee is willing, you could still have a chance as late as about week 4 (first Bye Week), if you get in your picks, but chances are highest the earlier you get in.
UPDATE: Lee is willing; I’ll accept additional players in the Redskin Report Pigskin Pick’em in the weekly Kudos posts, through Week 4 (the Bye Week for the Redskins). Right now, we have 21 players, so your chances of earning a Redskin Jersey are still pretty good.
UPDATE 2: It turns out I missed Jon in the Upset Pick of the Week Kudos. Also, please, if you are an ESPN Pigskin Pick’em player, PUT YOUR PICKS THERE. If you didn’t get in before they closed it, post each week’s picks in the previous weeks Kudos post; they’ll come out all season. I’ll keep track of those players manually, and fold them back in. That means, “emailers”, post Week 2 in the comments of this post.

I am little confused, are you accepting entrants via the comments page (as i did this past weekend) or are you accepting them through ESPN (which still says “You may not join a locked group after the season has started”)?
FYI - i also chose green bay over philly, pretty obvious call dont you think?
thanks,
Jon
