I’m not up to writing much on the game yet, but I will say this, you need a killer instinct to succeed in this league and the Redskins don’t have it. Joe Gibbs and the crew have to be meaner, they had that game in their hands and instead they spent the entire 2nd half dinking and dunking and leaving the door open for the Giants to come back.
Ugh.

you want to know how to shut-up 90,000 people? abandon the running game and blow a 2 TD lead. We started our bye week about 2 hours too early.

It was like a flashback to the Mark Brunell days - 3 yard passes every play. No killer instinct.

how about Portis, dropped pass on 3ed down would have kept one drive alive, then on the next series when we had good field posistion, he dropped the hand off. he blew it.no excuses for either play. that is why Betts was in on the goal line.

THEY HAVE NO KILLER INSTINCT AT ALL SCORE ALL THE POINTS YOU CAN LET A TEAM KNOW THAT WE ARE BETTER THAN YOU NO TRICK PLAYS NO FAKE SPIKE PLAYS SIMPLIFY THE PLAYBOOK SOME THE D WILL NEVER EXPECT A FAKE SPIKE ON THE 1 YARD LINE WITH NO TIME OUTS NO B. LLYOD PUT HIM IN MOTION, SLOT THROW HIM THE BALL EVEN RANDLE EL AT QB FOR A TRICK PLAY. WHY NOT SIGN TANK JOHNSON AND SIMEON RICE THERE BETTER THAN WHAT THE REDSKINS GOT NOW COULD HAVE GOT THEM CHEAP (TANK JOHNSON)AT END AND DT EVEN THOUGH TANK COULD NOT PLAY UNTIL WEEK 8 AT LEAST HE WOULD HAVE BEEN FRESH FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON RICE AND CARTER AS YOUR ENDS WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT YOU COULDN’T CONCENTRATE ON ONLY ONE OF THOSE GUYS RUSHING THE QB TANK JOHNSON IS BETTER THAN ANY DT THE REDSKINS GOT EVEN WHEN THERE ARE HEALTHY MONEY SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN AN ISSUE THEY TRIED TO BUY A SUPER BOWL WHEN THEY BOUGHT IN DEION, BRUCE SMITH AND OTHERS THAT YEAR AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED THE REDSKINS DONT WANNA WIN I WOULD HAVE MOVED P.DANIELS TO DT ALONG WITH JOHNSON OR GRIFFIN OR DANIELS COMING OF THE BENCH OR BACKING UP RICE OR CARTER KEEPING HIM FRESH. PLEASE BENCH CARLOS RODGERS HE NEVER LOOKS FOR THE BALL AT ALL SIGN JEMEITRUS BUTLER WHOM THE REDSKINS CUT DURING PRESEASON THEY NEED HELP BADLY.
