The Redskin Report

Welcome back, players, to The Redskin Report Pigskin Pick’em Week 7 results, and yet another too close game for the Redskins.  At least this week, we ecked out a win; I’d personally be MORE than satisfied to eck out an ugly, ugly win this week, as well.  But like the Redskins, most of the Pigskin Pick’em players ecked out a bunch of ugly wins to have quite respectable scores this week. 

 With 14 games being played this week, there can be no doubt as to who the Weekly Kudos are going to, as D. Buss managed to come up with 12 victories.  Jon Martin and We Want Dallas were both able to score 11 to follow that up, but it definitely allowed all of them to inch higher in the standings.

 Upset Pick of the Week kudos go to Jon Martin and D.S. for the thunderous finish in the Chicago-Philadelphia game; only these guys predicted a go-ahead TD for the Bears 7 seconds before the end of the game.  But the good news to the rest of us is that we can stick a fork in the Eagles; they are all but done for the year.

 Season props go out once again to me.  My narrow, one game lead stands for another week over A.Fishman, but shrinks to just 2 games over Jon Martin and We Want Dallas.   All of them deserve props for the close, exciting game.  And remember I can’t win it, so stay active and keep getting in there to win a Redskin Jersey!
