Chris Cooley Tackled after a reception

A nice rebound effort by the Washington Redskins. Led by Clinton Portis’ 196 yards rushing and Shaun Suisham’s five field goals, the Redskins pulled out a 23-20 win in overtime over the New York Jets. Does the the final three quarters show a return to Redskins football? We’ll see, but a dominate running effort was very nice to see.

More later.

  • They’re still not scoring though. Seemed like yet another lucky win in a string of them (Detroit withstanding).

  • Jason Campbell still seems to have a one-track mind when he breaks the huddle and refuses to improvise…When is he going
to show some emotion (of any kind) on the football field…
A Leader is a Leader is a Leader and he does not fit the mold…
In my opinion, the Redskins are not going anywhere with him..
    Sorry for Joe Gibbs…

  • Yeah and the Redskins aren’t going anywhere with Joe Gibbs.
