I would include McCardell in the list that the Redskins will make heavy efforts to resign, although it'll be at most a two year deal. Fabini and Prioleau will get offersheets as well, though I don't think Fabini will be returning somehow; Prioleau probably WILL be back though, as Safety Depth is one of the areas that the Redskins are concerned about, and Prioleau knows the defense and has played fairly well in it.

In other notes, one of my primary sources for "insider" information on the Redskins, Jim Ducibella, is leaving the Virginian-Pilot down in Norfolk. I believe, but am not absolutely certain, that he's the "Senior" beat writer for the Redskins, having covered them for the last 21 years. He's been a valuable source for me on some of my analysis pieces, though he doesn't always agree with me.

Oh, and I haven't mentioned it yet, but the Redskins are looking at the possibility, in 2009, of moving Training Camp. One of the sites under consideration is literally six miles down the road from my home in Virginia Beach, Virginia, so if things work out that way, I may be able to give some comments from direct first hand knowledge starting that season. Keep your fingers crossed!
