For privacy reasons, I can only mention that "MM" would have to give up his long time lucrative position, but that he would bring along a group that he has worked with for a prolonged period, including "DD" and "G". "DD" is tentatively slated to be the Linebackers coach, while "G" would be the Defensive Backfield coach. When asked to comment, Redskin Cornerback Fred Smoot replied that the whole situation, especially the choice of coaches, was "Just Goofy. It was really turning into a Mickey Mouse operation." He also indicated that he no longer felt like he had "Come home", and was hoping to go back to Minnesota, where there was at least a prayer of eventually having a competent management structure in place.
