Still Frosty in DC
Just before the Easter weekend, the Redskins announced they had re-signed punter Derrick Frost to a one year deal. This will be Frost’s 4th year with the Redskins after spending his rookie season with Cleveland.
Frost is pretty much your league average punter. He’s been more consistent of late and tends to be the world’s luckiest guy when he shanks punts as they seem to bounce 30 yards down the field anyways. Frost has also had a few highlight reel hits in his career which is always exciting.
The Redskins are now just waiting to hear back from Reche Caldwell (he’s apparently choosing between Washington and St. Louis) among returning free agents that they’ve shown interest in having return.
