More Rejection for Redskins: Cards Decline offer for Boldin

With their devious plan to use draft picks to acquire a top flight wide receiver now out in the open, the Redskins made another attempt to lure a WR in recent days. ESPN reports that the Redskins made an offer to the Arizona Cardinals for their unhappy receiver, Anquan Bolden. The Cardinals rejected the offer and continue to state they will not trade Bolden (sound familiar?)

Along with the Redskins, the Philadelphia Eagles have expressed interest in Bolden and are dangling Lito Sheppard in return. There was no word on what the Redskins were offering, but it was likely this year’s 1st round pick plus some additional picks.

  • I played basketball with him 5 days ago. He is in awesome shape, with this year’s weak draft at the top end we should definitely make a play for him instead of ocho-cinco, vinny dan & zorn make this happen
