This kid made a huge impact on the hearts of the people of Hawaii not because of his playing, it was his heart and character that did it for us. He could have gone 1st round last season , hell he should of went pro, he didnt, he stayed for us. You guys are lucky to have, him treat him good.

I'm a New Yorker, but always have been a Redskin fan since I was a kid. Took some heat for it too, but nevertheless, die hard skins fan. I've been living in Hawaii for the last 20 years and I've watched this kid for the last few years at the University of Hawaii. He is the real deal and perfectly placed to be under coach Zorn. Zorn is the right coach to groom and teach Brennan all that he needs to play in the NFL. He is a tough and gritty kid, much of what went on in the BCS game was Georgia making a statement and keying on him and the UH line collapsing on him. The line offered no real help. With that said, with the right mentoring, the right coach, he is a great future prospect for our team and we really have needed a good solid and consistant quarterback. If we keep this kid, in my opinion, he will become just that, he has the potential to be a great QB. Zorn if prepping the future with the WR's and the Brennan pick. We're going to be a passing team and Brennan is the right fit for the number 3 slot. I think he'll move up a notch in a short time. He's one of those guys who everyone is doubting, but that will put a fire in him to suceed and I believe we will see that. He's someone to develop and hold on to. I am excited about this pick, I want to see some change. I'm tired of losing and being one a handful Redskin fans in Paradise. But that just changed, the Redskins fan based just increased 100 fold in Hawaii. All of the islands will be watching and keeping an eye on him. Aloha!

hey redskin fans
hang loose bruddahs

Character issues with Colt Brennan, again living on the mainland you don't know the man we got to know here. Yes he did do something stupid at Colorado and he also paid his dues for it (7 days in jail). Went to a JC back in California. Was found by June Jones because we were recruiting a WR on the JC team and saw him in the vid. Don't worry Colt brennan is the real deal. I promise you. Of course there are the question marks and the red flags with his game but there are also indisputable facts. NCAA records take talent no matter what system, 100% accuracy at combine test (the ONLY QB), June Jones coached in the NFL and knows Brennan is the real deal. He's a good person who made a mistake. Before and after that incident, model citizen. Believe in him because his warmth and faith is a great thing.

This is one of those picks you have to be torn about: he's got the potential to be a very good one, but even analysts are saying "But not Baltimore" for the weather type. Now, what city is closest to Baltimore's weather situation??? Oh, and guaranteed play in New York and Philadelphia every year? But he is most likely a WCO QB. And we have our started. As a development prospect, he's a real steal in the 6th. But character issues, too? I dunno. I'm excited, and worried on Colt Brennan.
