I'll go ahead and put this here, and write the same basic information again when we get a full follow up:

The 4 OL are players with an actual chance of making the team; the Redskins would love to have another Stephen Heyer fall into their hands.

The 2 DL are players with an actual chance as well, but are more likely Practice Squad player.

The CB has a small chance of cracking the roster, but has a very good chance at making the Practice Squad if he shows some potential.

The QB is camp fodder; he's playing for a possible Practice Squad spot, or the chance to shine enough that he ends up on someone else's Practice Squad.

Ditto the WR; it's very unlikely we'll keep a WR on the Practice Squad, though, because of the large number of WR with actual roster experience and our draft picks.

The 2 S are playing (with the 2 S Picks) for at least one, and possibly two, spots. Neither of the picks are world beaters by any stretch, so these guys are seeing a true carrot; we'll carry at least 4 S this season, perhaps 5 if one excels as a Special Teamer. We have >3< and 4 prospects.

The 2 LBs are playing for one possible Roster spot. It's not a given, of course, but there's a spot there. And we didn't draft a LB, either.

All that said, a couple of these guys may not make it to Training Camp. But these guys really are playing, in some cases, for a real chance. That's a long way from most UDFA's prospects. And with 10 players in the draft, we're seeing the first serious youth infusion into the team in years.

Undrafted free agents haven't been announced yet, the Skins are waiting for them to official sign on 1st. But JLC has the position breakdown: The Skins have agreed to terms with 13 undrafted free agents, Cerrato said, and the team will announce that after the players are officially signed - they agreed with 4 OL, 2 DL, 1 CB, 1 QB, 1 WR, 2 S, 2 LBs

The Washington Times blog tracked down one of them: Appalachian State guard Kerry Brown.
