Its been one of the top stories in camp. He spent forever in Saunders offense and is having trouble adapting. I don't think there is much doubt that Campbell has more upside than Collins in this or any offense not run by Saunders. Brennan is a rookie and having the usual rookie ups and downs. With good reason, the guy is about a boring a player as the last two posts. Report this, how is Colt Brennan doing and if Todd Collings took over today, how many more touchdowns will he throw than Campbell in his entire career? Makes no sense to me. You have to work with what you've got. You have Campbell or you have he quarter back that put together an incredible run and got you to the playoffs. Jason Campbell will do well enough this year, it was never about him, I am of the opinion that a steady hand like Brett's would have eased the transition to a new offensive system that happens to be similar to the one Brett ran in Green Bay, and perhaps done a better job maximizing veteran output. This team is getting older and waiting around for Jason Campbell and Jim Zorn to get on the same page is not a good option. If Jason Campbell struggles this season and the Redskins suffer for it we will be reading pieces by others than me wondering if that would have been the difference maker.
